On October 26, 2024, friends, family, and community members mourned the loss of Brian Moralez, a dedicated veteran and cherished figure in his community, known for his commitment to volunteer work and his passion for life.
Brian, who proudly served in Operation Desert Storm, was widely respected not only for his service but also for his kindness and generosity, which he extended to various local causes.
He volunteered for Thanksgiving meals at the Adventure Park and was actively involved in the Día de los Muertos festivities, where he was celebrated for his vibrant spirit.
His community, including members of the Haunt, Hearse, Pirate, and Renaissance circles, expressed their heartfelt sorrow at his passing.
"Brian was an amazing spirit who often donated his time to many different causes," shared a Facebook post from Memorial Home.
Brian is remembered not only as a son, father, and grandfather but also as a friend to many, always eager to bring joy through his hobbies, which included photography and collecting Hot Wheels.
Close friend Ralph Robles has organized a fundraiser to assist Brian’s mother, Virginia Leserf, who is now struggling to cover the costs of his funeral.
As condolences pour in, Katherine Hinckley remarked, “Rest in peace, Brian; you will be missed dearly.”
