Goshen, Ohio – Chloe Love, a 19-year-old Milford graduate, tragically lost her life in a car accident that claimed five victims on October 6, 2024.
The accident occurred in the early morning hours on State Route 28, near Edenton Pleasant Plain Road, when two vehicles collided at approximately 1:43 AM.
Chloe was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved, a 2005 Chrysler 300, driven by Mathew Penny.
The other vehicle, a 2007 Subaru Legacy, was operated by Dustin McDole, 43, who also perished in the accident along with his passenger Andrea Iery, 42.
The Clermont County Coroner confirmed that all five victims, including Chloe, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Chloe Love’s death has left the Milford community grieving.
Friends and coworkers took to social media to express their sorrow, with one, Aaliyah Carpenter, stating, "Chloe was my coworker, so sweet, loved the kids, always made people laugh."
Another friend, Jessica McElfresh, posted, "Chloe was such a sweet girl… my prayers go out to her family and friends."
A GoFundMe account has been set up to support Chloe’s family during this difficult time.
Her passing, along with the other victims, has left an indelible mark on the community as they mourn the loss of such a young life.
