Pawlet, Vermont – Colin James Taft, a vibrant 13-year-old, passed away unexpectedly at his home on September 15, 2024.
Born on December 11, 2010, to Timothy Taft and Erica (Hewitt) Crossman, Colin was known for his love of the outdoors, particularly fishing and spending time at the racetrack with his father.
Colin is remembered fondly by his family, including his older brother, Luke, with whom he cherished every moment.
He is survived by his father, Timothy Taft of Springfield, VT, and numerous grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Colin was predeceased by his mother, Erica Crossman.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at Davis Memorial Chapel on Friday, September 27, from 6-8 PM, with a burial service the following day at Pine Grove Cemetery in North Springfield at 11 AM.
