East Aurora, New York – Eric Fields tragically passed away while en route to Texas last week, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and dedication. He joined Crown Auto Transport in January 2024, quickly becoming a valued member of the team, known for his commitment and contributions.
A fundraiser has been initiated by Jeremy Wesch to support Eric’s family during this difficult time, with a goal of raising $8,000. The community has already contributed $1,000, demonstrating the impact Eric had on those around him.
On Facebook, the East Aurora Baseball & Softball organization shared heartfelt tributes. Joseph Orlowski stated, "How does one replace the heart and soul? You don’t. He was my friend and softball/baseball sidekick." Joel Thompson added, "Jim was a wonderful guy and a problem-solving fixture for our baseball and softball leagues."
