Effingham, Illinois – Dale T. Davis, a 27-year-old resident of Teutopolis, tragically lost her life on Monday, September 30, 2024, following a fatal two-vehicle collision at a busy Effingham intersection.
The crash occurred around 12:24 p.m. at the crossroads of Keller Drive and Midtowne Boulevard, where Davis was riding her motorcycle.
Emergency responders arrived swiftly but were unable to save her.

The second driver involved in the accident, 37-year-old Pyo J. Namkus from New Providence, New Jersey, was cited for Failure to Yield, which authorities believe was a contributing factor to the crash.
