Myton, Utah – Dawnetta Haskins, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on September 29, 2024, at the age of 70.
Her passing has left a void in the hearts of her family, friends, and community, who remember her as a kind-hearted woman with a deep love for her family.
Dawnetta attended Box Elder High School and held various jobs throughout her life, though her favorite roles were as a mother and grandmother.
She was known for her compassion, spending time with family, and her love for solving puzzles.
Her family, including her two biological daughters, Gina May Roche Brown and Dawna Roche Simper, and six step-sons and step-daughters, will miss her dearly.
Glenn Robirds shared his sentiments on Facebook, writing, “Grandma will be missed… I’m glad that she is reunited with Papa and no longer in pain.”
Kayelynn Roche expressed her sympathy, stating, “I’m so very sorry to hear of yours and Dawna’s loss. Sending love and hugs to you both.”
The family has requested donations be made to the Huntington’s Disease Society of America in Dawnetta’s memory, rather than flowers.
Her memory will continue to live on through her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and the lives she touched during her lifetime.
