Diamond Oaks Senior Jack F. Visjager Tragically Passes Away in Automobile Accident

Cincinnati, Ohio – Jack F. Visjager, an 18-year-old senior at Diamond Oaks Career Campus, tragically passed away over the weekend in an automobile accident. Jack was enrolled in the Auto Refinishing program and attended Oak Hills High School.

The news of Jack’s sudden passing has deeply affected the local community, including his family, friends, classmates, and school personnel. Diamond Oaks Career Campus shared a heartfelt message, expressing their sorrow: "It is with heavy hearts that we share that Diamond Oaks student Jack Visjager passed away over the weekend in an automobile accident. This is an immensely difficult moment for our community, and our thoughts are with the families, friends, classmates, and school personnel affected by this heartbreaking loss."

Jack, the beloved son of Jeroen and Stephanie Visjager, was remembered as a cherished family member. He was a devoted brother to Andrew, Connor, and Ava, and a loving grandson to William and Regina Fort. His family, deeply affected by his loss, emphasized the joy and pride Jack brought to their lives.

Visitation to honor Jack’s memory will take place at Meyer Funeral Home on Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, where family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to the Hamilton County SPCA, in honor of Jack’s love for animals.

The loss has also resonated on social media, where friends and community members have shared their grief and condolences. Stefanie White expressed, "This is so tragic. So many lives changed in an instant and one young person lost. Keeping his family and friends close to my heart."
