Harare, Zimbabwe – Dr. Jackie Stone, a renowned medical doctor and chief clinical officer, passed away unexpectedly on October 3, 2024, at her home in Highlands, Harare.
She was 59 years old.
Dr. Stone was celebrated for her unwavering dedication to saving lives during the Covid-19 pandemic and was hailed as a hero in Zimbabwe for her efforts.
As the Medical Director and Clinical Lead in Sub-Saharan Africa at Intellectus Campus Zimbabwe, her commitment to public health leadership and the community was exceptional.
