Las Vegas, Nevada – Felix Estevez, a 32-year-old motorcyclist, tragically lost his life following a fatal collision in the northwest valley of Las Vegas on Monday night, October 14, 2024.
The accident occurred around 7:02 p.m. on North Rancho Drive, near North Torrey Pines Drive, according to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department.
Estevez was riding a 2013 KTM 1190 RC8 motorcycle northbound at a high speed when he collided with a 2020 Lincoln Corsair SUV, which was turning left into a private drive.
The impact was severe, and Estevez was ejected from the motorcycle, suffering life-threatening injuries.
He was transported to UMC Trauma but sadly succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
The driver and passenger of the SUV sustained minor injuries and were also taken to University Medical Center for treatment.
Authorities have confirmed that impairment was not a factor in the crash.
