The news of his death was shared by Funkart Global Racing on social media, where they expressed their deep sadness over the loss, calling Bennett “one of our greatest fans and an all-around wonderful guy.”
The cause of death was not disclosed immediately.
Bennett, affectionately referred to as "Frankie" by his friends and loved ones, was remembered fondly in numerous tributes posted online.
