Cumberland, Wisconsin – Janet Elaine Penney, a cherished member of the Cumberland community, passed away on September 25, 2024, at the age of 81.
Janet was born on September 30, 1942, in Dayton, Ohio, to William and Wilma Pierce.
She is survived by her husband, Charles “Chuck” Penney, with whom she shared nearly 49 years of marriage.
The couple married on September 18, 1975, and together built a life filled with love and beautiful memories.
Janet’s passing has deeply affected her friends and family, who remember her fondly for her kindness, sense of humor, and warm personality.
