Joplin, Missouri – Kenneth Richard Leake, born April 14, 1972, in Enid, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully, leaving a rich legacy of adventure and love.
Kenneth’s final moments were marked by his selfless decision to become an organ donor, reflecting his generous spirit.
Raised in Kremlin, Kenneth found joy in the outdoors, embracing activities such as kayaking, off-roading, and parachuting.
He attended the Spartan School of Aeronautics, where his passion for aviation flourished.
For 21 years, Kenneth was married to Teresa Leake, and together they nurtured four children: Rachel Hurt, Anthony Leake, Chance Leake, and Hollie Leake.
His siblings also shared in his zest for life, and he will be deeply missed by family and friends.
Patty Talbott, a former schoolmate, expressed her sorrow on social media, stating, “Gone too soon my friend. Prayers for friends and family.”
A celebration of Kenneth’s life is scheduled for 12:00 PM on September 30, 2024, at New Beginnings Church in Bixby, Oklahoma.
Kenneth’s spirit will continue to inspire all who knew him, reminding them to “keep the adventure alive.”
