Edenvale, South Africa – Father Kevin Bugler OMI, a beloved former parish priest, passed away peacefully on the morning of October 15, 2024, at the Sam Kataka Home in Edenvale.
He had been battling an illness over the past few months.
Father Bugler was deeply cherished in the communities he served, including the Malvern and Alberton parishes, where his years of ministry left a lasting legacy of compassion and dedication to others.
His warm and kind-hearted nature was a source of comfort and inspiration for many.
Father Bugler’s passing has brought an outpouring of grief and remembrance from those who knew him.
Shumbress Millie, a member of the community, shared her condolences on social media, writing, "We announce with sadness the passing of Fr. Kevin BUGLER OMI. May He Rest In Peace."
