Lanarkshire, Scotland – It is with deep sorrow that the Lanarkshire Deaf Community announces the passing of Mrs. Laurann Cuthbertson, a cherished and active member, on the morning of Monday, September 30, 2024, at the age of 71.
Laurann, who would have celebrated her 72nd birthday the following day, leaves behind a heartbroken community and family.
Her passing was announced by the Lanarkshire Deaf Hub, with Chair of the Board of Trustees, Martin Robertson, expressing the collective grief of the organization.
“Our hearts, thoughts, and prayers are with Laurann’s family: Iain, Sharon, Pete, and her mother Effie,” he shared.
Laurann’s contributions to the community were numerous, and her vibrant personality made her a beloved figure at the Lanarkshire Deaf Hub.
