Legendary Bass Fisherman Hank Parker Recovering After Treestand Fall in Deer Hunting Accident

Legendary bass fisherman and host of "Hank Parker’s Outdoor Magazine," Hank Parker, is recovering after a severe fall from a treestand while deer hunting on Friday. The incident occurred when Parker accidentally slipped and fell approximately thirty feet, resulting in his being transported by air ambulance to the hospital. Despite the dramatic fall, Parker is now out of surgery and on the mend.

The family issued a statement regarding the accident, expressing their gratitude for the overwhelming support: “Today was a close call for our guy Hank Parker. He fell 30ft from a tree stand and was life-flighted to the hospital. Thank you to everyone who reached out—your support means the world. Remember, safety always comes first in the woods! Wear your harness, double-check your gear, and don’t take any chances. Prayers up for a speedy recovery.”

Hank Parker also shared his own update, assuring his fans and supporters that he will be okay. “Thank you all for your text messages and support!!
