Paul Dinkel, a well-known and beloved member of the Hays, Kansas community, passed away on September 20, 2024, at the age of 75. Born on August 18, 1949, to Nichoulas and Leoba Dinkel, Paul leaves behind a lasting legacy of service and kindness.
A devout Catholic, Paul was a longtime parishioner and eucharist minister at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. He was also a 4th-degree knight in the Knights of Columbus, reflecting his deep commitment to his faith and the community. Those who knew Paul often spoke of his warmth and generosity, qualities that defined his interactions with everyone he met.
