Dunlap, Tennessee – Loyd Grant, age 88, a veteran of the United States Air Force and a dedicated member of the Dunlap community, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, September 24, 2024.
Loyd was well-known for his commitment to his country and community, being a lifetime member of the Harvey-Merriman American Legion Post 190 and an active member of the National Fraternal Order of Police.
In addition to his service, he was the owner and operator of Grant’s Transmissions, a local business that many in the community relied on.
