Epping, New Hampshire – Mary Pitts, a cherished mother and member of the Pitts family, passed away peacefully on the morning of September 27, 2024, following complications from a stroke.
She suffered a significant stroke on Monday, which doctors deemed non-survivable.
Mary’s family shared that she passed without pain, surrounded by loved ones.
The Pitts family will hold an open service on Sunday, September 29th, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Brewitt Funeral Home in Epping, NH, to honor her memory.
In a heartfelt message, Elizabeth Pitts expressed her gratitude for the support they’ve received, saying, “Thank you to everyone for the support, thoughts, and prayers during this time.”
Friends and community members have expressed their condolences, with Emma Marini sharing, “Your mother was an amazing woman,” and Kathryn LaCasse stating, “Sending love to you and your family.”
Mary’s legacy of compassion extends beyond her life, as the family requests donations to the "Be the Village" program in lieu of flowers, a cause Mary actively supported.
Her selfless dedication to helping those in need will be remembered by all who knew her.
