Sarnia, Ontario – Noah Nicholson, a 19-year-old student at Lambton College, tragically passed away following a three-vehicle collision on Sunday, October 13, 2024.
The devastating accident occurred at around 2:15 p.m. on Courtright Line near Mandaumin Road in St. Clair Township.
Emergency crews responded to the scene, where Nicholson was pronounced dead.
A driver from a second vehicle sustained life-threatening injuries and was rushed to the hospital for treatment, while a driver and passenger from the third vehicle suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash, urging witnesses to come forward with information.
A private family funeral service will take place at a later date, while friends and family will gather for a celebration of Noah’s life on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at the Brigden Fairgrounds.
Nicholson was the beloved son of Aaron and Lydia Nicholson, and had a close bond with his sisters, Ana and Evelyn.
A GoFundMe campaign, organized by Jace Walker, was launched to help cover funeral expenses, with family and friends expressing their grief and condolences.
Erin Lee posted, “Absolutely gutted for Aaron and his entire family for their loss of Noah.”
