New Haven, Connecticut – The New Haven Missionary Baptist Church (NHMBC) is mourning the loss of Brother Patrick Lockhart, a dedicated and cherished member of their congregation, who passed away recently.
Lockhart was widely known for his unwavering faith, kindness, and commitment to the church community, leaving behind a profound emptiness in the hearts of those who knew him.
His passing was announced by the church on October 15, 2024, with heartfelt tributes from both church leaders and congregants.
Bishop C.H. McClain, Jr., expressed his deep sorrow, saying, “His spirit will endure in the hearts of those he touched, but his presence in our church will be greatly missed.”

The NHMBC will hold a special Sunday Service and Memorial this week, beginning at 10:00 a.m., followed by a fellowship supper and a formal memorial service at 1:30 p.m., where the congregation will unite in prayer and remembrance.
