Upper Darby, PA – Reginald E Johnson Jr tragically passed away on September 19, 2024, leaving his family and loved ones in shock and grief. His daughter, Shekeya Johnson, has launched a fundraiser to honor his final wishes and transport him back home for a proper Islamic burial.
Shekeya expressed her struggle in finding the right words to convey her emotions. She described her father’s passing as completely unexpected and emphasized her desire to fulfill his wishes. "At his oldest and biggest baby, I gotta do right by him," she shared, appealing to the community for any support.
The fundraiser, titled "Support Reginald’s Journey Home with Love," has raised $445 so far, with donations coming from five contributors. Naimah Wilson donated $150, while other supporters, including Wayne Horton and Jaelin Monford, contributed varying amounts to assist the family during this difficult time.
