Kinston, North Carolina – Retired Officer Dale Cahoon, a distinguished member of the Kinston Police Department, has passed away on Monday, September 23, 2024.
Cahoon, who served the community with dedication and integrity for 20 years, from 1977 to 1997, leaves behind a legacy of commitment to public service and the safety of Kinston’s citizens.
