Ontario, Canada – Salvatore Sarraino, affectionately known as "Sal," passed away on September 19, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving behind a legacy of love, hard work, and community spirit.
Salvatore was born on May 15, 1957, in Sicily, Italy, and later immigrated to Canada, where he built a successful life and career in Ontario.
He was known for his craftsmanship in the construction industry, where his integrity and work ethic earned him widespread respect among his peers and clients.
In addition to his professional achievements, Salvatore was deeply committed to his family.
He is survived by his wife, Maria, and their three children, Angela, Tony, and Lucia, as well as his grandchildren, who were his greatest joy.
His love for the outdoors, family gatherings, and traditional Italian cooking were central to his life, and he touched the lives of many with his generosity and warm heart.
A funeral mass was held on September 25, 2024, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, with visitation taking place the previous evening.
Salvatore’s passing leaves a void in the lives of all who knew him, and he will be fondly remembered for his kindness and enduring love for his family.
