Plainview, Texas – Stephen Garcia, 52, a resident of Plainview, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2024.
He was born on March 16, 1972, in Olton, Texas, and leaves behind a legacy cherished by family and friends.
A remembrance service for Stephen will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at the chapel of Kornerstone Funeral Directors.
Viewing will begin earlier in the day at 10:00 A.M. at the same location.
Stephen was preceded in death by his grandparents, Porfirio and Juanita Garcia, Amelia Martinez, and his granddaughter, Addy Rae Muniz.
He is survived by his mother, Lena Fernandez, his two daughters, Alyssa Garcia and Ambryn Deanda, and his son, Aidan Garcia.
In addition to his immediate family, Stephen leaves behind several grandchildren, including Kason Garcia, Ethan Holguin, Ean Holguin, and C.J. Gutierrez.
He is also survived by his sister, Erica Gonzales, along with her husband, AD, and many nieces, nephews, and a great-niece.

Stephen will be remembered as a loving family man, and his passing has deeply affected the Plainview community.
