Tam McLaughlan, Beloved Kilwinning Rangers Committee Member, Passes Away in Benidorm

Benidorm, Spain – Tam McLaughlan, a cherished and longstanding committee member of Kilwinning Rangers Football Club, has sadly passed away while on vacation over the weekend of October 28, 2024.

McLaughlan, who devoted over fifty years to Kilwinning Rangers, was known as the welcoming face at home games, greeting fans with warmth and dedication as he manned the gates.

His contributions went beyond the field; he played a pivotal role in shaping the club’s spirit and fostering a strong sense of community among players, supporters, and fellow committee members.

Club representatives expressed deep sadness, stating, “The commitment and spirit that Tam possessed were the driving forces behind our club… his disappearance creates a hole that will be keenly felt by all.”

Tam is survived by his beloved wife, Agnes, and son, Andy, who along with the rest of the McLaughlan family are in the thoughts of the Kilwinning Rangers community during this difficult time.
