Chicago, Illinois – A devastating incident occurred in the South Shore neighborhood on September 20, when Tatanisha Jackson was tragically shot and killed by her own son, 17-year-old Davion Pryor, inside their home.
The shooting took place around 3:55 PM on South Cornell Avenue, leaving the community in disbelief. Reports indicate that Pryor, who was previously identified as suffering from mental illness, ambushed his mother as she returned home and shot her multiple times.
