Heritage Christian Academy, Tennessee – The Heritage Christian Academy (HCA) community is mourning the loss of Wayne Spain, a dedicated member of their staff for over 25 years.
Mr. Spain passed away on September 27, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of commitment and kindness that deeply touched both staff and students.
Wayne served as the Maintenance Manager at HCA, and his presence was a constant source of warmth and support throughout the school.
Numerous colleagues and friends took to social media to share their memories and condolences.
Sarah Beth Miller commented, "Such a sweet spirit, gentle and meek. Prayers for his family."
Renee Johnson Jessup added, "We thought so much of Wayne. I remember when he and his wife married, I sang in their wedding."
His long-time friend Michael Walker expressed his sorrow, saying, "He will be missed. Prayers for Barbara and Lindsey!"
As the HCA family grieves this tremendous loss, funeral arrangements will be announced soon.
Wayne Spain is survived by his wife, Barbara, and their daughter, Lindsey, who are in the thoughts and prayers of many during this difficult time.
